London Welsh Rugby Football Club is a rugby union club based in London that currently plays in The Championship, the second level of the English rugby union league system (below the Aviva Premiership).
In January 2010 the club wrested back control from Red Dragon Rugby Ltd and Neil Hollinshead. There are still live court proceedings against him for providing falisfied bank statements and failing to provide any of the promised funding. The former shareholders of London Welsh RFC Ltd. have rescinded the agreement, reached in July 2009, by which they sold the shares of the club to Red Dragon Rugby Limited.
